WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Our goal is to pack and ship online orders within 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Due to COVID-19, we are only able to ship to select international locations. For more information, please send an email to orders@galerief.com. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received shipping confirmation or fear your shipment has been lost, please contact us at orders@galerief.com.

MY PRINT IS DAMAGED. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the print is in-stock and available, we will gladly issue an exchange. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

CAN YOU LOCATE A PRINT OR A SPECIFIC WORK OF ART FOR ME?
We will do our best to make your dreams come true. Send any questions or pipe dreams to hello@galerief.com. 

WHAT ARE THE GALLERY HOURS?
We are open Monday-Saturday 12:00pm-6:00pm. Closed on Sundays or by Appointment. 

WHERE IS THE GALLERY LOCATED?
Galerie F is located in the Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood at 211 W. 23rd Street, 2nd Floor
