WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Due to COVID-19, our shipping capabilities are still very limited. Our goal is to pack and ship online orders within 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP?
Curbside [Contactless] Pickup for online orders is available on Monday-Saturday 12:00pm-5:00pm. A notification will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. Please call (872) 817-7067 prior to your visit and have your order number handy. There is a convenient loading area directly in front of the gallery. Please pull up there, if possible, and we will safely place your order in the trunk of your vehicle. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Due to COVID-19, we have are only able to ship to select international locations. For more information, please send an email to orders@galerief.com. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received shipping confirmation or fear your shipment has been lost, please contact us at orders@galerief.com.

MY PRINT IS DAMAGED. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the print is in-stock and available, we will gladly issue an exchange. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

CAN I HAVE NUMBER 8 OF 100?
Sorry, we are not able to entertain edition number requests for online print orders.

CAN YOU LOCATE A PRINT OR A SPECIFIC WORK OF ART FOR ME?

WHAT ARE THE GALLERY HOURS?
Due to COVID-19, the gallery is open limited hours. We are currently open Monday-Saturday 12:00PM-5:00PM. Closed on Sundays.
