Ray Noland (b. 1972, Chicago, IL) lives in Berlin, Germany since 2012. He is an artist and designer formally working under the alias CRO. Noland has a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA 1995).

Ray Noland is probably best known for his Chicago-land street campaign Run, Blago, Run.

This original painting was acquired from Ray Noland's June-July 2010 Exhibition titled "Sweet Tea & American Values", hosted by the Chicago Urban Art Society.
