"My samurai girl character has turned into ramen! Also, did you know that Ramen has Chinese roots? When Japan ended its isolation in 1858 (after a 200 year closed door policy), foreigners moved to Japan, which allowed introductions to new cuisines. This helped bring Chinese noodle dishes, the root of ramen, to Japan. I learned this at the Ramen Museum in Yokohama Japan. I just love that we’re all connected through food! Anyway, send this to all your ramen lover friends or keep it as a mini art print for yourself. I have mine framed in the kitchen!"
